Diver Day Date Guide

Dissing Diver Day Date is a special edition diver with weekday showing. The watch is made of premium 316L surgical steel and is equipped with a scratch resistant sapphire glass. With the luminescent display, 20 ATM and screw down crown the watch feels right at home under water.

How the watch works

The Dissing Diver Day Date is defined as a diving watch with its 20 ATM / 200 meters water resistance. Such a watch has a screw crown, which is used to set the time and date on the watch.

To set the time, date and day of the week, the crown must be unscrewed from the watch gently. Here, after a bit of screwing, you will feel the crown pop out, where it can be pulled out to the first position to change the date and weekday on the watch (1). The date is set in this position by turning the crown in one direction while the day of the week is set by turning the crown in the other direction.

Pulling the crown out fully sets the time on the watch (2). When pushing the crown back in, it is important to be a little careful. The crown should be gently pushed in while it is being screwed in place. It is important to make sure that the crown is screwed all the way back in to ensure the water resistance of the watch (0).

The diver watch is equipped with a rotatable bezel which encircles the dial. This can be used, among other things, to measure time. This can be functional for example to time the amount of oxygen left on a dive.
